Unfortunately, starting from the second half of 2022, due to the inability to rent out the cottage that was part of the lottery, our lottery was not held. However, we have found a worthy replacement for the main prize. We hope that our new main prize will attract everyone’s attention. The lottery will now be held once every six months, and the value of the main prize will be $2,371.

So, what prizes can you expect?

Second prize — Gift Certificate in the amount of $500*
Third prize — Gift Certificate in the amount of $400*
Fourth prize — Gift Certificate in the amount of $300*
Fifth prize — Gift Certificate in the amount of $200*

* Upon refinancing your mortgage through our company within the next 5 years, this gift certificate will be
exchanged for a cheque of equivalent value.

The conditions for participating in the lottery are as follows:

Everyone who registers through our website will be a participant in the lottery until they win or until such a lottery exists.
Anyone who has obtained a mortgage with us starting from January 1, 2023, will be automatically enrolled in the MYM (Manage Your Mortgage Program), and we will register them for future lotteries ourselves.
If you sell your existing property, purchase another one, and obtain a loan with us again, your name will remain on the lottery list until you win or until such a lottery exists.
If you own multiple properties, each subsequent mortgage on a different property obtained through our company will be treated as a separate registration, and your chances will increase with each new mortgage.
If you do not renew your mortgage with our office at the time of renewal, your name will be removed from the list of participants.

Who can participate and what is this program?

Participation in the lottery is open to those who have a mortgage. We believe that the Manage Your Mortgage program is beneficial for everyone in any situation. Mortgage rates can fluctuate in either direction, and no one has control over these movements. However, the MYM program allows you to lock in the best mortgage rates for the remaining duration until refinancing/renewal. If the mortgage rate improves before the contract renewal, you automatically receive better rates. Conversely, if the mortgage rate increases, you benefit from having secured the best rate in advance.
